Are my credit card details safe?
Yes, they sure are. We use the very secure Stripe and Paypal as our payment gateways. All card details are encrypted and stored securely with Stripe, or Paypal, only. We do not have access to any of the data.

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my membership?
Just go to your account dashboard and choose the My Membership menu item. Here you can view, change, or cancel your membership, at any time.
I've paid, but when I select the course it asks me to buy again
This usually means you haven't logged in, or have been logged out. To enroll in the course after you have signed up to a plan follow these steps:
Select the Blue quick menu button from the right of the screen to take you to the list of courses.
Find the module you wish to enroll in (for starting students find Level 1 - Stage 1) and click the "Enroll Course" button (don't click the photo of the module). See image below:
After selecting "Enroll Course" you will be presented with the login window. Proceed to login with your account details that you created. See below for example of login window:
Now you should be enrolled and see the option to "Start Learning".

Which lesson should I start with?
Please start with the Level 1 - Stage 1 lesson. Once complete you can access Level 1 - Stage 2. Each lesson must be completed to access the following one. The course is designed to be completed in order to grow your knowledge as you train.
When I click the Play button, in the lesson list, it doesn't start the video
This currently happens on mobile devices. If you experience this issue please click on the name of the lesson instead. The video will then start.
Video lesson is showing a privacy setting error and doesn't play
Just refresh the page and the video should now be available to watch
I can't access the next stage after completing the previous stage
Make sure you have marked each video as complete in the stage. Each stage must be complete before being able to access the next stage. This ensures a complete learning experience, which is important for understanding the depth of our Wing Chun system. I've completed some videos, but don't seem able to view the next ones
This is normal and could be because of two different reasons.
Each lesson topic is released daily to ensure an effective learning experience. This gives you time to absorb each topic before proceeding to the next. Although, if a period of time has passed since you last accessed any videos, you will find more topics will have become available. You are welcome to go back and revisit all topics to make sure you understand the content.
The other reason could be that you haven't clicked that you've completed a video and therefore a prerequisite may have not been met. Please make sure that each video is marked complete when you finish it.
How can I get certified as completing the level?
To get certified you must be on one of the student membership levels (not the videos only membership) and have completed all the stages within that level. You must also make sure you have clicked completion on each video.
